Shirley Aipoh
Nigeria: Abuja/LagosShirley Aipoh is a Cross Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. Her expertise is working with West African cultures and the United Kingdom. Her work experience spans over several years in Training, Communications, and Sales. She has several years of experience as a Senior Sales consultant for Vodafone telecommunications Limited UK and as a Branding and Communications Executive at XDS Credit Bureau, Nigeria. She worked as a Communications Project Leader in charge of Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire with READ Book Project UK and was part of the team who officially launched the organization at the British House of Parliament. Siham Alaoui

Sudhesh Bhaskaran
UAE: DubaiSudhesh Bhaskaran is a senior associate and cross-cultural consultant for dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. He provides customized coaching, facilitation, and training in cross-cultural communication and diversity to individuals, families, and youth relocating to the Middle Eastern countries such as the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and India. Having relocated four times himself, twice nationally and twice internationally, he has practical experience in the design of business and cultural orientation sessions for professionals and families in transition.
Mr. Bhaskaran was born and raised in India. His deep interest in the diversity of human life, languages and communication led him to work in varied roles, constantly seek new experiences, and prompted him to work towards, and earn various educational degrees and certifications, including a Graduate Degree in Physics, a Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, and Certificates in French, Japanese and computer applications. He has lived, studied, and worked for extended periods in Kerala, New Delhi, Dubai and Abu Dhabi and has traveled extensively to 7 countries around the world. He is fluent in English, Malayalam and Hindi, conversational in French and Japanese. Kofi Hagan
Rwanda: KigaliKofi Hagan is a Cross-Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions and is an experienced manager, mentor and coach. For over the last two decades he has lived and worked cross culturally mainly in Africa, but also in Europe, North America and Australasia.
Mr. Hagan was adjunct lecturer in NGO Management at Eastern University USA while serving as Africa Coordinator of the University’s MBA programme for NGOs; a role that had responsibilities for teaching, coaching and mentoring. He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Manchester, a graduate diploma in Management Studies from Plymouth Polytechnic University and a diploma in Agriculture from Seale Hayne College, all in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Hagan argues that many of the barriers to effective performance in multicultural management teams and work places are due to lack of sufficient cross- cultural understanding. He loves people, traveling, music and reading. He is a Ghanaian citizen but lives in Rwanda with his wife Juliana and their three daughters.
Luis Lacerda
Angola: LuandaLuis Lacerda is a Cross-Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. Born and raised in Mozambique, he later moved to Portugal where he lived for over 25 years. He has been living in Angola since 2008. Mr. Lacerda has held many managerial positions in various consulting firms and has worked with the Angolan government for the Ministry of Urbanism and Construction and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is an expert in organizational development and consults in the areas of economic, social and organizational change. He has worked in the United States and throughout Europe and Africa. He is fluent in Portuguese, French and English. Luis earned his degree in Electric Power Engineering at the Superior Institute of Engineering in Lisbon, Portugal.
Tseliso Job Mohlomi
South Africa: Johannesburg/PretoriaTseliso Job Mohlomi is a Cross Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. He has successfully adapted cross-culturally and has gained significant training and practical experience in cross-cultural settings. He is a South African citizen with a permanent resident status in the USA. He lived and worked in Europe for over 10 years with an international NGO where he was responsible for project management and strategic planning. He was also responsible for training and development of both expatriate and national workers. Besides speaking several South African languages, he is also fluent in Albanian.
Currently Mr. Mohlomi is department head with an international NGO. His role includes aiding team members with cultural and re-entry orientation. Tseliso is also a successful public and motivational speaker, having spoken at conferences in several European and African countries. He is also an experienced facilitator/trainer who has been teaching and developing leaders over the past 10 years. In addition to this, he worked as a guest lecturer for the Haggai Institute for Christian Leadership in Singapore, where he trained leaders from over 23 countries. Tseliso has a degree in international relations and diplomacy, and is currently working towards his post-graduate degree in international politics at the University of South Africa. Sharjeel A. Moutier

Doron Neev
IsraelDoron Neev is a Cross-Cultural trainer and Director, New Business Development, ISRAEL with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. He is responsible for developing new client relationships in Israel, and brings extraordinary skills and experience to this position. Doron has consulted and advised on global HR mobility issues such as compensation & benefits, organizational development, HR policy development, cultural adjustment, etc., for major global multinational organizations working in and with Israel. He was the first HR & Administration Manager for Scitex Europe S.A. in Brussels, and then Corporate Affairs Manager for Scitex HQ in Israel, one of Israel's largest Hi-Tech companies. Prior to his Scitex positions, Doron served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel, and was a member of the first Israeli delegation to the Geneva Middle East peace talks in the mid-70's. For over five years, Doron served as Attache to the Permanent Mission of Israel to the UN in Geneva.
Mr. Neev studied for his MA degree in Labor Studies from Tel Aviv University and he holds a BA in Sociology, Anthropology and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Doron's professional experience includes writing many articles for relocation related publications as well as being an internationally recognized speaker on global mobility issues.
Dr. Mostafa R. Reda

He has served as Professor of Industrial Engineering and Management at the University of Michigan, Ohio State University and King Fahd University for Petroleum and Minerals. He is based in Cairo, Egypt.
Belinda Robinson

Initially, South Africa was her main focus and now for the past nine years she has been devoted to her work in Angola helping with the emerging of a new Angolan business identity and leadership style.
Ms. Robinson was born in Bloemfontein, South Africa and qualified as a teacher. After qualifying, she spent four years travelling around the world. One of her most insightful experiences was working as a laborer in a fish factory in Iceland for a year and being elected as the Migrant Labourers Union representative. She is devoted to contributing to the well being and success of Africa in the current economic attraction Africa is experiencing. When she is not travelling out of South Africa she lives in Cape Town with her much loved son of twelve. She was recently part of an explorer’s expedition to Antarctica.
Heather Posey
Democratic Republic of Congo: KinshasaHeather Posey is a Cross-Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions.
She is a British citizen who has lived and worked in DR Congo, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sweden, Moldova, Canada and France. In addition, she has travelled through over forty other countries.
Initially, Heather pursued a decade-long career as Program Office Manager, specializing in company mergers, including cultural integration and virtual as well as global teaming. Today, Heather lives in DR Congo, where she currently resides with her husband and their son. She has thrived as an International Development Professional herself and has worked with the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, Catholic Relief Services, and The Population Council. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Development Management and her Postgraduate Certificate in War, Intervention and Development from The Open University, United Kingdom. She also holds a BA (Honors) degree in Environmental and Social Psychology from Nottingham Trent University, United Kingdom. Heather is most happy when immersing in, and learning local culture, views, idiosyncrasies, language and tastes.
Kathi Tarantal
South Africa: Pretoria/JohannesburgKathi Tarantal is an international cross-cultural consultant and trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. She helps individuals and organizations to bridge their differences in work styles and helps them to adapt professionally as well as personally.
Ms. Tarantal recently finished her master's degree in cultural anthropology from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. For her research she interviewed 150 people living in a country from where they grew up. The interviewees had 30 countries of origin and 60 countries of destination, thus giving her a wide knowledge and understanding of issues faced by expatriates. Kathi has successfully adapted cross-culturally and gained significant training experience. She is an American citizen with permanent residential status in South Africa. She is married to a South African and has two children. She speaks four languages and has traveled or worked in more than 50 different countries. Kathi has been immersed in two significant transition points in recent world history. She lived in Eastern Europe for three years during the transition from communism and in South Africa during the change from apartheid to democracy.
Abigael Teklu
Ethiopia: Addis AbabaAbigael Teklu is a Cross-Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. She currently designs and delivers a variety of training programs focused on leadership, communication skills, conflict management, and team building. She was previously coordinator and facilitator of the British Council InterAction Leadership Programme that runs in nineteen African countries and the UK. As part of this program, she participated in facilitating Pan African events in South Africa, Mauritius and Senegal in which the participants were drawn from the twenty countries. Her facilitation engagements involve working mostly within the NGO sector where she designs and delivers short and long term transformative leadership programs. Ms. Teklu also has extensive experience in the development sector where she worked as project officer and then programs manager in local and international NGOs. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and Management and holds an advanced certificate in Peace and Conflict Transformation from the European University Centre for Peace Studies, Austria.
Natalie Tollenaere
Rwanda: KigaliNatalie Tollenaere is a Cross Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. She was born in Morocco and is a Belgian citizen. As an expatriate “accompanying spouse” and the mother of four children, she has lived in seven countries since 1987. Ms. Tollenaere is a bilingual in English and French and is a professional life coach (CPC) specialising in services for globally mobile families. As an artist and art therapist, she combines her creative life and life experience with her professional training.
Since 1999, she has specialised in addressing the needs of expatriates by offering art-expression classes both to accompanying spouses and third-culture kids (TCKs). She has conducted workshops in the expat communities of Zambia and South Africa and coaches individuals from around the world both face to face and virtually. Her 25 years on the African continent gives her as large and diverse understanding of the African culture. Ms. Tollenaere writes for various expatriate organisations and is the author of "Creative X pat," a newsletter for the globally mobile families that choose to live their assignment in an enriching way. In 2008, she presented at the Family in Global Transition (FIGT) Conference in Houston. She is also the author of "The Art of possibilities: creating a path in international mobile life."
Nadia Waber
Ethiopia: Addis AbabaNadia Waber is a Cross-Cultural Trainer with dfa Intercultural Global Solutions. She is committed to the conscious development of individuals and organizations for a sustainable and equitable Africa and beyond, through facilitating change, leadership development and coaching. Based in Ethiopia for the past 16 years, her work has enabled her to connect with women, youth, entrepreneurs, senior-level managers from not-for-profit organizations, UN agencies, and teams from diverse backgrounds in the rural and urban settings in Africa to engage in peace building, leadership development and capacity building processes. A former teacher of the English language, Communications Officer and Coordinator of development projects for international organizations, Ms. Waber is presently a Founding Partner and Team Leader of a consultancy firm providing leadership development services. She is a member of the Ethiopian Women in Business (EWiB), and a founder of the ‘Interfaith Peace building Initiative – Ethiopia’, ‘Mothers against AIDS' Association in Ethiopia, and serves as an International Practitioner-Coach for the UNDP Global Leadership Development Programme for HIV positive women and girls.
She holds a BA Degree in History with Literature (Exeter University, UK), a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Development Consultancy (‘Generating Transformative Change’) from the Leadership Institute in Seattle, through Saybrook Graduate and Research Institute, USA, and is a Feedback Coach, as an Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). She enjoys working in multi-cultural contexts, creating spaces for authentic conversations and personal shifts, where reflection and action are combined.
