Rigorous criteria must be met before any consultant or trainer can be considered as a DFA candidate; in most cases, they must be corporate training professionals, hold advanced degrees in their qualifying fields, and evidence major contributions to the industry. Once selected as candidates, potential DFA Intercultural Global Solutions consultants must complete a four-step certification process in order to be certified to consult and train on behalf of DFA Intercultural Global Solutions. Finally, all DFA Intercultural Global Solutions consultants are continually measured on performance scales, designed to insure only the highest level of consulting and training worldwide.
